Due to the custom nature of our products returns are not possible; each product is custom made for you and therefore cannot be resold. If you would like to cancel your order, this will be non-refundable. If the product has not gone into production please contact us, we may be able to partially refund you, however, this is at our discretion. Our team will have spent time designing and materials will have been ordered but we will do our best to accommodate.
If there is an issue with your item please contact us as soon as you receive it. While we have a very strict quality control process if you notice an issue please email us with a photo of the problem and we’ll endeavour to sort it as swiftly as possible.
How to cancel your order?
Custom orders can only be cancelled if the item is not already in production; if you would like to cancel your order please email us as soon as possible, this will enable us to work out if a refund is possible
How can I return a Product?
If you have emailed us and a return is required please ensure it’s packaged in the same way we delivered it to you. If you don’t have sufficient packaging please email us or give us a call where we can provide you with this. Our aim is to always ensure our products are handled with as much care as possible, especially through the delivery process.
